4. Access and operation of the Site

The Site presents Today Merch’s activities, products and services and allows you to prepare or submit a quote request. Submitting a request does not constitute an order and does not bind Today Merch until a quote has been accepted and then confirmed in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale.

Today Merch endeavours to keep the Site accessible and secure. Access may nevertheless be interrupted or restricted, including for maintenance, updates, a technical incident, a security measure or an event beyond TCES’s control. Continuous, error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

5. Intellectual property

The structure of the Site and its text, graphic designs, photographs, videos, illustrations, databases, software, distinctive signs and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. They belong to TCES or are used with the permission of their respective owners.

Unless otherwise provided by law or authorised in writing in advance, any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction, distribution or exploitation of all or part of those elements is prohibited. Trademarks, logos and product images belonging to suppliers, manufacturers, customers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
