Four backpacks with different capacities and access

The Backpack Mini 12.5 L keeps bulk down; the Backpack 18 L provides more room with the same flap closure design. Allow space for a charger, lunch and personal belongings alongside the laptop. The Rolltop Rucksack 19 L has side access to the laptop compartment, so the device can be removed without unrolling the top. The Book Daypack Large 16 L uses a zip opening. Everyday access matters as much as capacity.

The Tote Bag 22 L is carried on the shoulder; a backpack distributes the load across two shoulder straps. That difference matters as belongings get heavier.

Laptop sleeves matched to your devices

The 13–14-inch and 15–16-inch Laptop Portfolio models provide two size options. Measure each laptop with any fitted case: width, height and thickness matter as much as screen diagonal. Check the combined size as well if the sleeve needs to fit inside a bag.

Your logo on Rains materials

On polyurethane (PU) surfaces, the branding method needs to be confirmed for each model and placement. Embroidery is not an automatic choice. A flap, strap or seam may reduce the usable area, and a small logo still needs to be legible. Which Rains product should I choose for a team?

A backpack suits daily commutes with work essentials. A travel bag is useful for company trips and short stays; a jacket suits a team working or travelling outdoors. A laptop sleeve or wash bag can complete a gift. Compare formats according to what your recipients actually need to carry.

Where can the company logo be placed?

The areas shown on each product page help you prepare your placement. Available space varies with pockets, flaps, seams and access to the panel. Simple, legible artwork is easier to use in a small area. Our team confirms the location, dimensions and contrast with your chosen colour.

Which customisation methods are available?

The method is chosen for the model, material and artwork. Rains coated materials need to be assessed for the specific surface; a method used on conventional textiles is not automatically suitable. Your quote specifies the selected branding. The online preview helps prepare placement ahead of this technical check.

What logo file should I provide?

A vector AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF file is preferred. If you do not have one, send your best high-resolution PNG or JPG, with colour references if available. Our team checks the file and explains any adjustments needed to keep your logo legible.

Will I receive an artwork proof before production?

Yes. The digital proof lets you check the planned position, dimensions and colours of your logo. You can request adjustments before approval. Production starts after sign-off; the preview created on the website helps prepare this proof.

What is the minimum order quantity for Rains?

Rains models in the catalogue are available from 15 units. Specify quantities by model, colour and jacket size. The allocation across variants and their availability are confirmed in the quote; an order split across different models must meet the minimum applicable to each.

Is customisation included in the displayed price?

For Rains, displayed prices are per unit excluding VAT for the product alone. Customisation, shipping, packaging and other options are quoted separately. Share your budget per recipient and the services you need so that the proposal covers your project.

What are the lead times for a customised order?

Timing depends on stock, colours, quantity and branding, followed by artwork approval and the delivery destination. Tell us when you need to receive the products when submitting your request. The schedule is confirmed in the quotation for your selection.

Can I create a Rains welcome pack or client gift?

Yes. Pair a backpack and laptop sleeve for a new starter, or a travel bag and wash bag for a client gift. Check the formats and use a consistent logo treatment across the items. Include any packaging, assembly and individual delivery requirements in your request.
