Start with the laptop size and the items your colleagues carry. For a 14-inch laptop, consider the 20 L Stream Rolltop 14 or the 23 L Icon Rolltop 14. For a 16-inch laptop, compare the 20 L Stream 2-Way 16 and the 26 L Icon Rolltop 16. The 34 L Stream Rolltop L offers more room for additional belongings.

Which models can carry a 14-inch or 16-inch laptop?

The Stream Rolltop 14 and Icon Rolltop 14 have a compartment for laptops up to 14 inches. The Stream 2-Way 16, Icon Rolltop 16 and Stream Rolltop L accommodate laptops up to 16 inches. Check the dimensions of your device and sleeve against the compartment before choosing: screen size alone does not guarantee a fit.

Which model should I choose for a trip of several days?

The Stream Weekender offers 49 L for clothes and travel essentials. It has no dedicated laptop compartment, so use suitable protection if you carry a device. If you prefer a backpack with a compartment for a 16-inch laptop, the Stream Rolltop L offers 34 L of space.

What is the difference between Stream and Icon?

The Stream models in this selection combine a PU coating with recycled polyester. The Icon models use recycled polyester with leather details. Their appearance, feel and available logo areas differ, so the customization approach needs to suit the chosen model.

Can we add our company logo to a Sandqvist bag?

Today Merch assesses your logo on the chosen model to define a position, size and technique compatible with its material. The options and cost are confirmed in your quote. Send your artwork with your enquiry so we can check feasibility and prepare a design proportionate to the bag.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The six models in this collection are offered from 15 units. Specify the quantity required per model in your enquiry. The selected bags are offered in black; availability and requests for other colors are assessed in your quote.

Do the displayed prices include customization?

For this selection, the displayed prices are unit prices for the products, excluding VAT. Customization is quoted according to the logo, technique, position and quantity. Your quote also specifies delivery costs and any project options.

How long does delivery of customized bags take?

The schedule depends on available stock, quantity, customization and artwork approval. Share your preferred delivery date when you enquire. The lead time for your project is confirmed in your quote after these details have been checked.

What information should I provide for a quote?

Specify the model, colors, quantity, preferred delivery date and delivery location. Ideally, attach your logo as a vector file, with your color and placement instructions. If you are comparing several bags, tell us how they will be used and the laptop size they need to carry.

How does artwork approval work?

The artwork proof shows the planned customization on your chosen model. Before approving it, check the logo, dimensions, colors and position. Approval confirms the expected design before production starts.

For a 14-inch laptop, the Stream Rolltop 14-inch provides 20 litres and a padded pocket. The Icon Rolltop 14-inch offers 23 litres and a zipped rear laptop pocket, so the device can be reached without opening the main compartment.

For a 16-inch laptop, compare the 20-litre Stream 2-Way Tote, the 26-litre Icon Rolltop 16-inch and the 34-litre Stream Rolltop L. A larger capacity leaves more room for clothing and accessories. Check the actual dimensions of the device, including any sleeve, against the pocket dimensions on the product page.

Stream and Icon: materials and pocket layout

The Stream models in this selection use recycled polyester with a PU coating and include backpacks, the convertible tote and the Weekender. The two Icon backpacks offered here combine recycled polyester with leather details and a zipped rear laptop pocket. These differences provide a choice of finishes and ways to organise everyday items.

Material information applies to each individual model. Recycled polyester does not mean every component of the bag is recycled. Icon models include leather and therefore do not meet a brief that excludes this material.

A convertible tote for commuting, a Weekender for travel

The 20-litre Stream 2-Way can be carried by hand as a tote or worn as a backpack using its shoulder straps. Its 16-inch laptop compartment makes it an option for everyday work and journeys that involve different modes of transport.

The 49-litre Stream Weekender prioritises space for clothing and travel essentials. It has carry handles and an adjustable, removable shoulder strap. The main compartment can accommodate a laptop, but there is no dedicated laptop pocket: use a suitable protective sleeve if needed.
