A vector file in AI, EPS, SVG or PDF format is ideal for a sharp result. If you do not have one, send the best available high-resolution PNG or JPG, preferably with a transparent background. Our team checks every file and will let you know if any adaptation is required.

Yes. The quote request is free and non-binding, and no payment is required when you submit it. After reviewing your configuration, an expert will send a proposal confirming the price, lead times and any options. The project starts only after you accept the quote and approve the elements required for production.

Yes, you will receive an artwork proof or digital mock-up before production starts. You can review the position, dimensions and colors, and request adjustments within the product’s technical constraints. Production begins only after your approval.
Can I receive a sample before placing the order?
You can request a sample to check the material, colour, feel or fit. Availability, timing and any costs are confirmed before dispatch. A customised sample requires a separate branding review, with feasibility and cost specified in the quote.
