What does the displayed price include?
Before adding your design, the price covers the blank product. Personalisation using “DTF heat transfer” costs 12,34 € excl. VAT per unit for 15 units, with quantity discounts thereafter. The summary shows the total excluding VAT for the product and selected personalisation. Non-standard options are quoted separately.
What is the minimum order quantity, and can I enter a custom quantity?
The minimum order is 15 units. You can enter any quantity from 15 to 2000 units. Discounts increase by quantity tier up to 30.0 %, applying to both the product and personalisation. The grid and summary update for the selected quantity. Request a quote for quantities outside this range.
Can I combine colors, sizes or variants in one order?
You can add several configurations to the same cart. Choose the colour, size where available and quantity for each configuration. The minimums and conditions for each product still apply. Our team checks availability before collecting payment.
Which branding methods and positions are available for this product?
The offered technique is DTF heat transfer, for one design in one position. The preview is indicative: our workshop checks compatibility with the material, coating, placement and dimensions before production. The calculated price remains available during this review. A second position or non-standard service requires a quote.
Which file format should I provide for my logo?
A vector file in AI, EPS, SVG or PDF format is ideal for a sharp result. If you do not have one, send the best available high-resolution PNG or JPG, preferably with a transparent background. Our team checks every file and will let you know if any adaptation is required.
How do I order and when is my card charged?
Personalise your product, choose the quantity and add it to your cart. Once your configuration is priced, you can complete your order online. For card payments, the amount is authorised first: our team checks your artwork and availability before collecting payment. If any changes are needed, we contact you before production starts.
Will I receive an artwork proof before production, and can I request changes?
Yes, you will receive an artwork proof or digital mock-up before production starts. You can review the position, dimensions and colors, and request adjustments within the product’s technical constraints. Production begins only after your approval.
Can I receive a sample before placing the order?
Yes, we can send a complimentary sample so you can check the material, color and finish before production. If you need a branded sample, we will confirm feasibility, lead time and any branding costs in advance. Request it in your brief or ask an expert.
What are the production and delivery lead times? Can you meet a fixed deadline?
Timing depends on the product, quantity, personalisation and selected production priority. Check the estimate shown in your configuration and cart. If a date cannot be calculated, the lead time remains to be confirmed. Contact our team before ordering if you have a fixed deadline.
